Using Affirmations to Silent Your Mind

There are many places in which Affirmations may be used. Some are Self-esteem, relationships & love, creative self-expression, work/profession, success, well-being and spiritual growth. For example; “ I have a skilled occupation.” “ I’m going to have a great job”, or “the results will always be waiting to occur.”

Through affirmations, you commence the process for transferring unproductive and harmful beliefs, into favorable life encouraging notions, which with the practice that is regular will create the desired future. Create affirmations in the most advantageous states which you can; preventing statements that are not positive. Affirm what you do need, rather than what you don’t desire. For example; “I do not need to smoke.” Instead, affirm; “ I love being a nonsmoker.” This statement is not appreciably more weak as it ’s positive and reinforces your desired goal. Affirmations need to be unique & brief. Just a little avowal is easy to say and have a substantially greater impact at a subconscious level.

The value of repetition cannot be overemphasized. Get involved, be passionate, use your emotions. Think carefully about the meaning of the words as you repeat them rather than typing or saying them.
